Isaac Boro Park is a historic public park and outdoor recreation space located in the heart of Port Harcourt. Named after Niger Delta activist Isaac Adaka Boro, the park serves as a major venue for government ceremonies, cultural events, trade fairs, and leisure activities.

It is situated opposite the popular Mile One Flyover within the Old GRA axis, making it easily accessible and centrally located.
